As a Road Train Operator with MLG Oz, you’ll be a key part of our operations, safely transporting materials across a variety of on-road and off-road routes while delivering outstanding service to our customers. Industry-Leading Equipment You’ll be working with a modern, well-maintained fleet, including: Kenworth & Mack trucks 18-speed Road Rangers & Automatics Triple or Quad Side Tippers CAT & Komatsu Front-End Loaders What You’ll Be Doing Safely operating road trains in line with all road and site regulations Completing pre-start and post-trip inspections to keep equipment in peak condition Self-loading and unloading materials using front-end loaders Accurately recording mileage, fuel usage, and delivery schedules Following company safety, maintenance, and operational procedures What We’re Looking For Current and valid MC Licence with relevant endorsements Commercial Driver Fatigue Management Certificate (within 2 years) National Police Clearance Proven experience carting triple side tippers and self-loading with a front-end loader Confidence working in both on-road and off-road environments Strong safety mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach Why Join MLG Oz?
