About the Role As a Business Development / Sales you will be reporting into the General Manager and you'll: Drive new business acquisition across international import, export and project freight Build and grow a sustainable, profitable client portfolio Develop tailored logistics solutions aligned to client supply chain needs Prepare competitive pricing, tenders and commercial proposals Negotiate rates, contracts and long-term service agreements Manage pipeline activity, forecasting and revenue targets Work closely with operations to ensure solutions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience in freight forwarding or international logistics Proven success in business development or sales Strong knowledge of international freight, Incoterms and supply chain solutions Current driver’s licence Ability to work fully onsite in Fremantle Strong time management and attention to detail CargoWise experience(Desirable) Exposure to project freight(Desirable) Why You’ll Love It Attractive commission plan rewarding performance from day one Competitive Salary Global freight capability with strong local decision-making Long-term stability with modern systems and commercial agility Supportive team environment with regular social activities Location close to port, cafés and services About Our Client Candii is working with an established international freight forwarding operation with more than a century of global logistics expertise and a strong local presence.
