The Opportunity: This Sydney metro-based role will focus primarily on venues across the southern metro and southern suburbs , working with pubs, bars, clubs and hospitality MSO’s/groups across the territory. The role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on building new relationships and growing a territory. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing new venue partnerships while also managing a small portfolio of clients connected to one of the company’s highly successful seasonal products. Your time will be split approximately: 80% New Business Development – Prospecting, pitching, and closing new venue partnerships across pubs, bars, and clubs. 20% Account Management – Supporting venues using one of the company’s flagship seasonal services, including: Training venue teams Supporting the launch of their first event Providing light ongoing support to ensure success This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out in the market building relationships with venue owners, operators, and hospitality groups across Southern Sydney . Key Responsibilities: Identify and win new hospitality venue partnerships across the southern Sydney territory Develop strong relationships with venue owners, operators, and group decision makers Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations Support venue partners during seasonal event launches including staff training and execution Maintain strong client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and success Work closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities in the market About You: You’re someone who genuinely enjoys the hospitality industry and understands how venues operate. You’re confident building relationships, comfortable prospecting, and motivated by closing deals and seeing your clients succeed. You will have: 3–5 years experience selling into the hospitality industry Proven experience selling to pubs, bars, and clubs (essential) A strong track record in new business development Confidence engaging with both independent venues and larger hospitality groups A passion for the hospitality, entertainment, sport, or gaming industries Highly regarded but not essential: Food or beverage sales experience Gaming, wagering, or hospitality entertainment experience The Culture: The business was founded by a highly passionate industry leader who remains deeply involved as Executive Director following the recent acquisition.
