About the role Cover live and/or voice-tracked shifts across workdays and weekends on KIIS 1023 Deliver content that is clear, current and aligned with the KIIS brand and tone Work closely with producers, news and content teams as required Execute tactics, promos, live reads and commercial content accurately and confidently Maintain strong awareness of music, pop culture and what’s relevant to our audience. Comply with all relevant broadcasting codes, legal requirements, and ARN policies. Maintain professional conduct on‑air and off‑air, including adherence to guidelines regarding media and personal social media activity. About you Experience on-air in a commercial radio environment You can quickly adapt to an established format and sound for a workday and weekend music shift. You sound natural, confident and easy to listen to Strong timing, pacing and attention to detail Reliable, flexible and comfortable working across different shifts Awareness of broadcast compliance standards and on‑air protocols.
