This role is critical to delivering fast, accurate, and commercially sound quotes that convert pipeline to orders efficiently, while maintaining high standards of data integrity, compliance, and stakeholder experience. As the Inside Sales Representative, you will: Provide expert quoting support across multiple cyber vendors (hardware, software, subscriptions, support, renewals and services where applicable). Own quote accuracy, turnaround time, and opportunity hygiene in line with agreed SLAs. Own cyber quoting end-to-end for assigned opportunities, ensuring fast and accurate turnaround aligned to agreed SLAs. Create, validate, and maintain quote configurations across multiple cyber vendors, including licensing/subscription constructs, renewals, and multi-year terms. Manage quote revisions, approvals, documentation, and supporting artefacts required for order processing and audit. Coordinate special pricing requests and approvals (e.g., deal registration alignment, discounts, promotions/rebates where applicable) using vendor/distributor tools and internal controls. Maintain strong opportunity hygiene in CRM/ERP systems (close dates, contacts, products, partner details, notes, next steps). Proactively identify and resolve quoting risks (configuration errors, compliance concerns, pricing validity, stock/lead time, partner eligibility, approval delays) and escalate early with options. Provide clear written communication to stakeholders, including explaining requirements, approvals, or rework needed to progress a quote. Support peak-volume periods through prioritisation and workload management while protecting accuracy and service quality. Contribute to continuous improvement: identify recurring issues, suggest process enhancements, and support documentation/training for cyber quoting standards. Coordinate pricing requests, approvals, and documentation to enable timely order conversion. Partner with Sales, Vendor teams, Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience to reduce rework and improve quote-to-order outcomes. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal Inside Sales Representative: 2–4 years’ experience in quoting, sales operations, customer support, or order administration within a distributor, reseller, or vendor environment. Demonstrated experience managing quotes end-to-end, including revisions, approvals, and documentation. Working knowledge of cyber security quoting constructs (subscriptions, renewals, multi-year, co-terms, expansions) and basic channel commercial terms. Experience using CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot/other CRM; distributor ERP/quoting systems). Ability to engage confidently with partners and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Experience within the ANZ channel/distribution ecosystem and familiarity with local partner expectations and vendor programs. Exposure to multi-vendor cyber portfolios and complex deal structures. Experience partnering with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to improve quote-to-order conversion. Working arrangements This role is based in North Sydney. Standard office hours apply with flexibility to support peak quoting periods required.
