About the role Join a role where you’ll take ownership of contractor recruitment across a fast-paced operational workforce, while working as part of a collaborative and high-performing People & Culture team. This position offers a unique blend of blue-collar and corporate recruitment, with a strong focus on building pipelines for tow truck drivers and patrol teams, alongside broader hiring support across the business. What you’ll be doing Leading end-to-end recruitment for contractor roles across towing and patrol operations Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines within blue-collar markets Engaging directly with owner-drivers and contractors to create a reliable workforce Partnering with stakeholders across both operational and corporate teams Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes Supporting white-collar recruitment as part of the wider P&C team What you’ll bring Proven experience in blue-collar and/or contractor recruitment A relevant HR qualification or equivalent experience. 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the contractor space. Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders across different environments A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work at pace The ability to take ownership and continuously improve how things are done Experience with ATS platforms such as Scout Talent will be highly regarded.
