Contract 2 days/week - Start ASAP, ends 30/06/2026 $1200-$1400 inc/day *Brisbane CBD, hybrid The Role In this role, you will partner with finance, technology, and governance teams to ensure a suite of digital initiatives is evidence-based, strategically aligned, and ready for mobilisation. You will lead the end-to-end development of the FY27 Queensland Government Digital Investment Fund (QGDIF) submission pack. You will be responsible for: Investment Strategy: Leading the submission process to ensure all digital funding proposals are well-structured and investment-ready Framework Uplift: Reviewing and enhancing existing concept briefs and business case templates to align with contemporary government requirements. Resource Modeling: Developing a comprehensive FY27 resource demand profile to identify capacity constraints and peak demand periods. Stakeholder Integration: Coordinating high-quality inputs from multidisciplinary teams to produce robust delivery assumptions and budget forecasts. Procurement Strategy: Collaborating with commercial leaders to shape proactive procurement approaches that support timely project commencement. About You You are a highly analytical professional who thrives in managing ambiguity and high-impact decision-making. You will bring: Expertise: Extensive experience in managing complex policy or organizational change projects within government or regulatory environments Capability: Proven ability to develop business cases and investment submissions, specifically within QGDIF or similar frameworks. Financial Acumen: Strong skills in producing resource profiles, costings, and financial forecasts. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to synthesise complex inputs into clear, persuasive documentation.
