Centres include; Bairnsdale | Cheltenham | Cranbourne Park | Endeavour Hills | Frankston | Keysborough | Mulgrave | Narre Warren South | Traralgon | Warragul This is a rare opportunity to step into a true multi-site leadership role where no two centres are the same. You’ll oversee a mix of metro and regional locations, leading teams across varying sizes, maturities and community needs — making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, travel, and making a visible impact across a region. You’ll be empowered to lead performance, develop people, strengthen practitioner partnerships and create consistency across a geographically spread network of centres. About the Role As Regional Business Leader, you will have full leadership responsibility across your region, partnering closely with Centre Leaders, support teams and Dentists to deliver strong commercial outcomes and exceptional patient experiences. You’ll bring centres together under one clear vision while recognising that each location requires a tailored leadership approach. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Centre Leaders across a portfolio of centres Drive regional performance including revenue, EBIT, productivity and patient experience Build strong, trusted relationships with Dentists and key stakeholders Lead a geographically dispersed portfolio across metro and regional Victoria Identify growth opportunities and implement operational improvements Create consistency, accountability and strong culture across all sites Manage regional budgets, forecasting and cost control Ensure compliance, governance and operational excellence standards are met About You You’re an experienced multi-site leader who knows how to balance people, performance and operational priorities across a spread-out region. You enjoy being visible in your centres, building strong relationships, coaching leaders and lifting performance. You understand that regional leadership is about more than numbers — it’s about building capable teams, engaged practitioners and sustainable success. You’ll Bring Proven success leading multiple sites across a regional or geographically dispersed portfolio Experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality, allied health or other service-led environments Strong commercial acumen including P&L, budgeting and forecasting Ability to lead through growth, change and varied site performance levels High emotional intelligence and strong leadership presence Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region Why Join Pacific Smiles Group?
