The Role: Join our team as a Maintenance Electrician at our Lidcombe seafood processing site in NSW. This is a hands-on, full-time afternoon shift role (12pm-8pm) where you’ll be key to keeping our facility running reliably every day. You’ll perform both preventative and breakdown maintenance, working with a skilled team to minimise downtime. Responsibilities: Respond to and fix electrical breakdowns. Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment. Read electrical schematics and diagrams. Work with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment runs smoothly. Uphold a strong safety-first culture. Role Requirements: A current Australian Electrical Licence and full working rights. Trade qualification as an Electrician. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or a similar fast-paced environment. Good mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot electrical faults. A reliable, problem-solving attitude and a strong focus on safety. Flexibility for potential Saturday work and overtime.
