They offer a broad range of products and expert agronomic services, helping farmers to achieve the best outcomes for their businesses. About the Role: We are seeking an Agronomist to join our Rochester team. You’ll play a critical role in guiding and mentoring our emerging agronomist, along with our Senior Agronomist. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead from the front, develop relationships with clients, and deliver tailored agronomic advice to drive their success. Your responsibilities will include: • Visiting client farms to assess needs and provide product recommendations • Identifying opportunities for new product introductions and support clients farming operations • Supporting and mentoring the junior agronomist, helping them grow in their role • Providing in-store support and assisting colleagues to ensure high levels of service are maintained and assist with knowledge on cropping market and products • Managing client relationships and delivering expert advice on Seed, Agricultural chemicals, fertiliser and pest management.
