You’ll play a key role in delivering high quality valuation advice, mentoring junior team members and managing stakeholder relationships across a diverse client base. About PKF Our Corporate Finance division provides a wealth of Corporate Advisory, Valuation, Transaction and Forensic Dispute Advisory services to assist our clients to get closer to their growth ambitions. Specifically, our Valuation offering includes providing valuation advice across asset classes and equity types for transactional, regulatory, financial reporting, dispute and other advisory purposes. Key responsibilities Lead and deliver valuations of businesses, equity instruments and intangible assets for financial reporting, regulatory, transactional and commercial dispute advisory purposes. Prepare independent expert reports (IERs) for listed entities in line with ASIC/ASX requirements. Prepare Forensic expert witness reports involving valuation issues for commercial dispute purposes including shareholder oppression, breach of contract, post-acquisition disputes, business interruption and damages analysis, as well as family law matters. Guide junior staff in research, analysis and modelling of comparable companies and transactions. Apply appropriate valuation methodologies and prepare robust financial models and reports. Liaise with clients and advisors to define scope, ensure compliance with AASB/IFRS standards and deliver tailored solutions. Manage project timelines and ensure efficient, high quality outcomes. About You 5 years’ experience in Corporate Finance or Forensic Dispute Advisory teams within a professional services environment with a strong focus on valuations. Proven expertise in financial reporting (AASB/IFRS) and regulatory requirements (ASIC/ASX). Strong understanding of valuation techniques across equity and derivative instruments. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to challenge and interpret financial data. Highly developed report writing skills. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. A collaborative mindset and passion for developing early careers talent.
