Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and passionate LiveBig team! Full-time & Permanent Based anywhere within Melbourne (hybrid role) Create, maintain, and enhance national participant referral pathways and customer relationships, identifying gaps and developing protocols for efficient referral processes Establish and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and stakeholders, community organisations, clients, and their families/carers to access and promote LiveBig allied health services Represent LiveBig at meetings, community events, expos and networking opportunities Gather and document relevant client information, including therapy needs, and goals, ensuring all required documents and consent forms are provided to the client. Support marketing and brand activity and identify opportunities for improvement or new activities Why work for us? Experience in a customer/client role in an NDIS-focused organisation Knowledge and understanding of allied health services, disability sector, the NDIS and community sector High level of customer service orientation and experience in customer relationship analysis and planning Proven experience in sourcing and gathering sales activities Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic and outcomes-focused team environment Highly developed communication skills, negotiation, relationship building and interpersonal skills Hold an Australian driver’s licence & own vehicle APPLY!
