Fleet Coordinator An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Fleet Coordinator to join a growing aviation operations team supporting Western Sydney International Airport. This role is responsible for coordinating the allocation, tracking, and utilisation of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) across airport operations. You will play a key role ensuring equipment availability, maintaining accurate asset data, and working closely with operational and maintenance teams to optimise equipment usage. This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone with strong operational systems experience, excellent attention to detail, and a background in logistics, asset management, or aviation operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily allocation, dispatch, and return of GSE assets across Western Sydney International Airport Coordinate with airport station managers and maintenance teams to ensure equipment availability and readiness Monitor flight schedules to avoid conflicts or equipment shortages Maintain accurate equipment location and inventory records within the asset management system Track utilisation rates and identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and pooling strategies Act as the system expert for the GSE asset management platform, ensuring data accuracy and updates Provide training and support to operational users of the system Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with technical teams Analyse operational data to identify cost savings, efficiency improvements, and operational enhancements About You 3 years’ experience in a fleet coordination, asset management or roster coordination role.
