We are seeking an experienced Customer Relations Officer to cover for long service leave commencing 2nd April - 5th May. $43.45 per hour This is a full-time assignment 5 days a week. The main focus of this role will be manning the switchboard (My Reception program - very simple and easy to use). The candidate we are looking for must have previous switchboard and Customer Service experience who is confident and comfortable answering all telephone enquiries, transferring calls and taking messages. Other duties will include: Provide customers with information on programmes and services Assist customers with instructions on how to use the Company website. Updating "Messages on Hold" every 4 weeks or as appropriate.
