In this role you will: Build and grow strong adviser partnerships that drive sustainable support for TAL across a defined panel. Identify and convert new adviser opportunities by representing TAL at industry, dealership and partner events. Position TAL’s value proposition through trusted product, service and business support conversations with advisers. Execute targeted growth plans aligned to regional priorities to increase adviser engagement and production. Strengthen adviser capability and advocacy through training, campaigns and tailored engagement initiatives. Share market and competitor insights to inform regional strategy and strengthen TAL’s competitive position.
