We’re seeking experienced and confident Disability Support Workers to provide in-home and community-based support in Nudgee , guided by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) practices. About the Role This casual role involves supporting a customer through In-Home Support and Community Access, working across a mix of short and extended shifts, including sleepover shifts. You will be supporting a customer with complex needs and challenging behaviours, following an established Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Plan. The role includes providing personal care, promoting independence, and supporting the customer to achieve their individual goals both at home and in the community. Primary shift coverage required: • Tuesdays: availability between 7:00am – 9:00pm • Saturdays: availability between 7:00am – 9:00pm • Friday night sleepover shifts Flexibility to work across these times is essential.
