The Role You'll work across the full spectrum of Wills & Estates matters, including: - Estate planning (from standard Wills to complex testamentary trusts) - Powers of attorney and succession structures - Probate, letters of administration and estate administration - Estate litigation, including Part IV claims (as desired) - Advising a broad client base, from families to high‑net‑worth individuals This is a role where you can run your own matters with confidence, while still having access to guidance and a genuinely approachable leadership team.
