What You'll Do Own the vision for payments across eCommerce and on-premises experiences, clearly communicating strategy and ensuring alignment across teams Define outcome driven requirements that turn business goals into clear, actionable enhancements, new features and platform improvements Prioritise what matters – balancing revenue impact, guest experience, operational complexity, risk, and strategy Safeguard stability ensuring our payment platforms remain reliable, secure, and compliant, from incidents to preventative improvements Drive quality delivery coordinating testing across functional, regression, and UAT to support smooth low-drama releases Use data to guide decisions – monitoring commercial performance and payment journey insights to fuel continuous improvement Lead strategic vendor relationships shaping roadmaps, managing performance and resolving risks Bring teams together – be the go-to product voice for payments related conversations with People, Tech, Data, Operations, Finance and external partners What You've Got 3 years in product ownership/management ideally in payments, fintech, eCommerce, or digital product environments A strong grasp of payment, financial, or eCommerce tech – enough to ask the right questions, understand constraints, and identify opportunities Able to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned even when priorities compete Skilled in writing clear, actionable requirements and partner with engineering and vendor teams to bring them to life Experience leading Agile delivery; running ceremonies, planning work, and supporting high-performing squads A solution focused mindset, using data and insights to solve problems and drive outcomes Organised, proactive and adaptable, comfortable juggling changes, dependencies, and multi-team delivery Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
