Job Description Own end-to-end technical delivery of campaigns (App & Web) Lead planning, testing, and execution for campaign go-live Manage risks, issues, and production readiness Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and approvals Validate campaign performance and post-launch stability Make Go/No-Go decisions ensuring customer experience The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Engineer (Technical Lead) should have: Proven experience as Technical Lead in campaigns/digital delivery Strong experience with large-scale digital release coordination Experience delivering across Web and Mobile platforms Hands-on experience with Java in delivery environments Experience with AEM or similar CMS platforms Strong skills in testing, release, and production readiness Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies Ability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and teams Experience with feature flags and release management tools Strong understanding of eCommerce and customer journeys What's on Offer Competitive hourly rate between AUD 9 and AUD 11.
