What you’ll do: Be the key link between customers, project teams and vendors—ensuring requirements are clearly understood, communicated and delivered in line with business and customer needs. Work closely with stakeholders and SMEs to capture, define and document business requirements, user stories and future-state processes that enable successful digital delivery. Lead discussions to challenge thinking, resolve differing viewpoints and build consensus, ensuring outcomes are practical, aligned and achievable. Stay engaged across the full delivery lifecycle—clarifying requirements, supporting solution design, developing test cases, and enabling smooth transition into production. Develop clear documentation, release communications and artefacts that keep stakeholders informed and ensure readiness at key delivery milestones. Analyse processes, surface inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance customer experience, operational performance and long-term value. What we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Business Analysis, Project Management, Information Systems or a related discipline, or certification in Agile Project Management methodologies. A customer-focused Business Analyst, confident acting as the conduit between business and delivery teams—able to translate needs into clear outcomes while keeping stakeholders engaged and aligned. You’ve worked on digital or technology-enabled change initiatives, understanding the people, process and system impacts of transformation at scale. Proven ability to build relationships, influence without authority and navigate differing viewpoints to achieve alignment across SMEs, project teams and leaders. Able to lead workshops, ask the right questions, apply structured problem-solving (e.g. root cause analysis), and guide groups toward practical, outcome-focused solutions. Familiarity with tools and techniques such as Lean or Six Sigma, with the ability to identify and recommend improvements to processes and customer outcomes.
