The Delivery driver’s responsibilities involve Loading & unloading, delivery and pick-up, reporting, operations, service, safety and maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management. The truck driver will maintain a positive attitude that promotes team work within the company and a favorable image of the company. Delivery and pickup involves making deliveries and pick-ups in the most efficient, economical manner possible. Safety and maintenance involves delivering safely, following regulations, and safely operating and maintaining the delivery vehicle. Key Requirements : Respectful, honest, and dependable attitude Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety Physically fit and capable of manual handling Efficient and proactive approach to tasks Excited to be part of a growing, ambitious company Experience truck driver with HR license Forklift experience & licensed Hiab Experience (or willing to acquire the skills) Job Responsibility : Driving Duties (main responsibility) Deliver reinforcing steel and construction materials across the Bundaberg region. Includes pickups and drop-offs to customer sites. Some deliveries will be outside the Bundaberg region but remain within QLD. Loading & Unloading Load and unload company and customer vehicles safely and efficiently. Yard & Warehouse Operations Support the production team in maintaining yard organization and contribute to general housekeeping and operational duties.
