Seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major workplace transformation program involving the rollout of flexi-desking across a large operational site. This is a people-centric role focused on ensuring staff feel supported, informed and ready for new ways of working in a modernised facilities environment. This assignment offers the opportunity to lead meaningful, human-focused change across facilities, workplace experience, and organisational transition. Short-Term Contracting Engagement - Applications close COB 18 March 2026 The Opportunity Working closely with the Project Manager and Facilities teams, you will plan, coordinate and embed all change activities required to support a smooth transition to flexi-desking. You will champion empathy-led communication and ensure staff have the tools, clarity and support needed to confidently move into the new workplace model. Key Responsibilities Change Strategy & Planning Develop a tailored Change Management Plan for the flexi-desking rollout. Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks, barriers and mitigation actions. Ensure change plans prioritise staff experience, wellbeing and operational readiness. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Build trusted relationships across staff, leaders and facilities partners. Create clear, supportive communication materials including FAQs, guides and updates. Facilitate workshops, information sessions and team briefings. Provide regular reports and progress updates to the Project Manager and leadership. Staff Experience & Support Champion a “leading with care” approach throughout the transition. Coordinate readiness activities including orientation to desk booking tools, storage solutions and workplace etiquette. Act as a primary support contact for questions, feedback and concerns. Training & Enablement Develop and deliver training materials for staff and leaders. Support rollout activities with accessible, user-friendly resources. Partner with Facilities and ICT to ensure smooth onboarding to new systems. Implementation & Embedding Support transition activities, including floor walks and on-the-ground staff assistance. Monitor early adoption and gather feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Manage handover of processes and documentation to BAU teams. About You Qualifications & Experience Background in Change Management, Workplace Transformation, Facilities, Property or similar environments. Experience delivering human-centred change in operational settings. Understanding of modern workplace practices (flexi-desking, hybrid work, ABW). Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) desirable. Skills & Capabilities Exceptional communication and the ability to simplify complex concepts. High emotional intelligence with a calm, supportive approach. Strong stakeholder engagement ability across all organisational levels.
