This is a hands-on role working in fluid management systems supporting energy and resource sector operations. What’s on Offer $690 Day Rate Super 3 Weeks On / 3 Weeks Off Point of Hire: Chinchilla Ongoing field operations work The Role You’ll play a key role in supporting fluid management operations across field projects. This is a practical, boots-on-the-ground role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include: Mobilising and demobilising fluid management equipment Operating and maintaining fluid storage and pumping systems Monitoring operations to ensure safe and efficient performance Troubleshooting issues in the field to minimise downtime Working closely with crews across drilling and site operations Completing operational reports and safety documentation Supporting and mentoring junior crew members where required What We're Looking For We’re keen to hear from people who: Have 2 years experience in fluid management or similar field operations Are comfortable working in remote operational environments Have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Take pride in safe work practices and team collaboration Can step into supervisory responsibilities if required Requirements Oil & Gas / Mining / Fluid Management experience Driver’s Licence ISI (Industry Safety Induction) Wellsite Permit to Work White Card Senior First Aid Ability to pass Medical & D&A testing Highly regarded: Confined Space Working at Heights Telehandler / High Risk tickets Apply via Seek or send your resume directly to laura.mcsweeney@harnessenergy.com.au Applicants must have full Australian working rights.
