Job Description Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders, translating complex financial data into clear insights that influence decisions, shape strategy, and drive organisational performance. Build strong cross‑functional relationships, partnering with operational teams to identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions constructively, and guide stakeholders through financial impacts and change initiatives. Provide high‑quality financial management, strategic advice, and commercial insights for a specialised portfolio within a large, complex organisation. Lead budgeting, forecasting, long‑term financial modelling, and scenario planning aligned to organisations commercial strategy. Prepare and deliver insightful management reporting, KPI analysis, and variance commentary to senior stakeholders. Support and review business cases, including financial modelling, benefit/risk assessment, and post‑implementation evaluations. Identify financial risks and opportunities while influencing strategic decisions through clear, impactful communication. Collaborate with operational teams to improve financial performance, drive transformation initiatives, and enhance processes. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: CPA or CA Qualified Strong business partnering experience in complex environments. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to turn data into clear insights. Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage non‑financial stakeholders. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic initiatives or business cases. Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, challenge assumptions, and operate effectively in fast‑paced, changing environments.
