Working with Crossroads includes: Fully remote telehealth work available Australia-wide Flexible full-time or part-time hours Administrative, intake, and booking support Access to Zanda (formerly PowerDiary) for scheduling, invoicing, clinical notes, and integrated telehealth sessions Opportunity for supervision and guidance from a highly experienced senior psychologist with extensive private and public sector experience Autonomy over client demographics and clinical focus areas Competitive contractor split A growing practice where your professional voice and input are valued Key Responsibilities Deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychological therapy via telehealth Collaborate with clients to develop individualised treatment goals and care plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Conduct risk assessments and implement safety planning when appropriate Utilise evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT-informed, and trauma-informed approaches Uphold ethical, professional, and AHPRA standards of practice Qualifications & Requirements Essential Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) Medicare provider number (or willingness to obtain one) Experience delivering telehealth services Current ABN and Australian working rights Professional indemnity & public liability insurance National police check Secure, private workspace suitable for telehealth sessions Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology Desirable Experience supporting diverse populations, including neurodivergent clients and NDIS participants Working with Children Check Interest in trauma-informed or inclusive therapeutic approaches
