Reporting to the Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and managing innovative products that meet customer needs today — and tomorrow. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support strategic product roadmaps, assist with pricing and costing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products to market. What you’ll be doing Strategy & Innovation Assist in developing and managing strategic product roadmaps. Support pricing and costing analysis to drive profitability. Identify opportunities to improve costs and enhance customer value. Execution Help implement plans for product and innovation development. Collaborate with engineering to ensure end-user testing before launch. Contribute to achieving sales targets and market share growth. Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with account teams on budgeting and planning. Align product development updates with global teams. Support annual events and product launches. Continuous Improvement Analyse user insights and market trends to inform product decisions. Monitor competitive landscape and sales drivers. Stay ahead of emerging trends to keep our products relevant. What we’re looking for You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
