Position Summary : The Sales and Installations Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of all sales and installation operations within the business. This role drives revenue growth through effective sales strategies while ensuring installation projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. The role acts as a critical link between sales, customers, installers, warehouse, wholesale suppliers, and management to ensure seamless communication, efficient scheduling, and consistent service delivery. The Sales and Installations Manager plays a key role in upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism, reliability, and excellence across all client interactions. Key Requirements : Demonstrated experience in sales, installations, or operations management within HVAC, construction, or a comparable trade services environment. Proven capability in managing end-to-end sales and project delivery processes. Strong coordination and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple installations concurrently. Well-developed customer relationship and communication skills, with confidence managing client expectations. Commercial awareness, including understanding pricing, margins, and cost impacts of installation delivery. Strong organisational and problem-solving capability in fast-paced operational environments. Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and reliability in delivering customer and business outcomes. A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, demonstrated through reinforcing safe work practices and quality standards across installation activities. Job Responsibility : Sales Management Oversee sales activities, enquiries, and quoting processes to ensure timely, accurate, and competitive proposals. Support the development and execution of sales strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and repeat clients. Installation Coordination Plan and coordinate installation projects, including scheduling installers, allocating resources, and sequencing work. Liaise with warehouse and wholesale suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are available when required. Monitor installation progress and address scheduling, resource, or site issues promptly. Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the key point of coordination between sales, field teams, warehouse, suppliers, and administration. Ensure accurate handover from sales to installation teams, including scope, timelines, and customer expectations. Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders to support smooth project delivery. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure all installation works comply with HVAC industry standards, WHS requirements, and company policies. Promote high standards of workmanship, presentation, and professionalism across installation teams. Address quality issues, defects, or customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Monitor sales and installation performance and provide regular updates to the General Manager. Identify opportunities to improve sales processes, installation efficiency, and customer experience. Contribute to the development and refinement of systems, workflows, and operational practices.
