About the Role Reporting to the Company Secretary, you'll provide end-to-end governance and board support across a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation. You'll work closely with the governance team and support with a range of reporting and documentation. Agenda preparation, board papers, minutes, and action tracking. Provide company secretariat support and governance advice Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support ASIC and other regulatory lodgements Assist with policy reviews and governance framework improvements Monitor legislative and regulatory developments Manage conflicts of interest registers and governance documentation Support Board induction and ongoing education programs About You You are detail-oriented, proactive, and confident working with senior stakeholders. You bring strong technical governance knowledge, a calm, solutions-focused approach, and the ability to work well in a busy team environment. 5-8 years' experience in a company secretariat, governance, or board support role Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and regulatory frameworks Experience in preparing high-quality board papers and minutes Relevant tertiary qualifications (Law, Business, Governance or related discipline) Membership or working towards membership with the Governance Institute of Australia (desirable) Funds exposure is ideal, though not essential Experience with Systems Diligent, CAS360 is also preferred.
