Your Opportunity Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm As the Production Supervisor, you will ensure the efficient, safe and high-quality production of meals within the Hub F oods kitchen. Working closely with the Food Services Manager, Technical Manager, Production Systems Manager and Section Leaders, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows, manage staff, and maintain compliance with food safety and WHS standards. Your leadership will enable your team to perform at their best — delivering nutritious meals on time, minimising waste, maintaining quality and contributing to a positive, respectful workplace. With professionalism, initiative and a commitment to excellence, you will: Supervise daily kitchen operations to meet production and distribution schedules Maintain food quality while controlling costs, waste, recipes and portion sizes Oversee and support direct reports including Chefs, Cooks, Chiller Supervisor, Assistant Cooks and Kitchenhands Coordinate rosters, staff training, development, performance feedback and recruitment support Ensure clear communication, document control and accurate record keeping Maintain compliance with mandatory training, catering training plans and HACCP requirements Uphold all WHS, food safety, cleanliness and hygiene standards Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiencies Build strong team relationships, set expectations and recognise great work Address performance concerns promptly and fairly Promote Anglicare’s Christian values through leadership, behaviour and team engagement Support a culturally respectful and inclusive workplace What You’ll Bring You’re an organised, calm and capable leader who thrives in a busy production environment. You’re committed to excellence in food quality, safety and staff development. You will also have: Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent) – essential Industry Qualification in Commercial Cooking (or equivalent) - essential Supervisory experience in a high risk or fast p aced environment .
