Premium Remuneration: $110K–$130K (negotiable based on experience) plus super, leave entitlements, and a professional Lighthouse email/Microsoft account. Clinical Variety & Growth: From DBT groups and psychometric assessments to CBT, Schema, and EMDR. If you want to expand your scope, we provide the supervision to get you there. In-House CPD: Access all your Active CPD requirements through our senior-led group supervision, trauma-focused case reviews, and peer support. The Role This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where no two days are the same. You will manage a diverse caseload with the full backing of our dedicated administrative team. Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, Schema, EMDR, etc.) tailored to your expertise. Conduct psychological assessments and lead group programs (if interested). About You You are a clinician who values authenticity and evidence-based care. Qualified: Fully registered Psychologist with AHPRA (Endorsement is a plus, but not required). Experienced: Comfortable with a variety of presentations and committed to ethical, client-centered care. Collaborative: You enjoy the "Lighthouse" team functions and active group supervision. Communicator: You possess strong interpersonal skills and a warm, empathetic presence.
