Your new role As the Practice Nurse Manager, youll take ownership of the daytoday clinical operations, leading a team of RNs, ENs and assistants within a busy treatment room environment. You will play a key role in driving excellence in patient care, ensuring the smooth running of clinical activities, and coaching your team to deliver bestpractice nursing standards. Youll also work closely with centre leadership to understand financial levers, contribute to strategic decisionmaking and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and mentor a multidisciplinary nursing team Oversee clinical procedures and ensure alignment with policies, guidelines and standing orders Manage performance, training, and professional development of staff Maintain treatment room operations, equipment and supplies Support recruitment, roster planning and workforce allocation Assist with chronic disease management, health assessments and nurseled clinics Participate in centre accreditation and quality initiatives Build strong relationships with GPs, allied health and community partners What you'll need to succeed Registered Nurse (AHPRA) 2 years experience in direct clinical nursing Leadership or supervisory experience Strong communicator with excellent organisational capability Sound clinical knowledge and a passion for mentoring others Experience in primary care or chronic disease management (highly desirable) What you'll get in return Predominantly MondayFriday business hours Only very occasional weekend work Competitive hourly rate: $40$47 Superannuation Overtime available Structured pay increases as you grow in the role Supportive Business Manager, Medical Director and Regional Nurse Manager What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
