Where you will be working: We’re partnering with a values-led organisation to find a Support Experience Officer for a 12-month contract. Perfect for someone who loves people, purpose and doing meaningful work. This role sits within a Supporter Experience team of a large, well-established not-for-profit organisation. You’ll be joining a small, friendly fundraising team and reporting to a supportive leader who values patience, professionalism and strong customer service. Training is structured and comprehensive, taking approximately 6–8 weeks, with ongoing support provided. The Role: This is a hands-on supporter-facing and administration role, focused on donor care and data accuracy. Key responsibilities include: Processing and receipting donations via BPAY and mail Managing inbound calls and emails from supporters Making outbound calls including thank-you calls and follow-ups Clarifying donation details and updating supporter records Mailouts, mail merges and general fundraising administration Maintaining accurate data using internal systems and Salesforce You’ll spend a few hours per day on the phones. No KPIs – the focus is on quality service and positive supporter experiences. About You: Strong administration and data entry skills Confident, friendly and patient phone manner Comfortable using Word and Excel (including mail merge) High attention to detail and reliability Enjoys working in a team and supporting a meaningful cause No prior fundraising or Salesforce experience required.
