Roles & Responsibilities: Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the quality check of the truck including tires, brakes, lights, and fluid levels. Keep truck and other company equipment in a clean and tidy state. Distribute weight evenly across the vehicle to maintain stability and prevent overloading any single axle. Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced during the lifting and tipping process to avoid shifting or falling. Continuously monitor the loading and unloading process for safety compliance and promptly report any safety concerns or violations. Ensure adherence to all safety protocols while positioning vehicles to prevent accidents and damage while loading and unloading Maintain detailed records of the goods loaded, including descriptions, quantities, and any special handling instructions. Thoroughly inspect the condition of the materials and obtain the recipient's signature to confirm the receipt of the goods in the specified condition. Arrange and stow the goods in the truck's bed in a manner that ensures stability and prevents shifting during transit. Skills and Experience: The candidate must hold the relevant License(s). Must have a clean driving history. Relevant qualification required. A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required. Friendly, positive & approachable attitude. Presentable, reliable, and enthusiastic personality A flexible approach to tasks and ability to perform tasks safely.
