Space Urban, part of the Borg Group, is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Property Manager to oversee a large-scale industrial portfolio of 200 properties across Australia. The role can be based at our Head Office in Somersby on the Central Coast or at our Corporate Office in Sydney CBD. The Role Reporting into leadership and managing one direct report, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the property portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Managing a substantial industrial portfolio end-to-end across Australia Overseeing leases, rent reviews, renewals and arrears Preparing and managing budgets, forecasts and reporting Maintaining strong tenant engagement and relationships Coordinating maintenance and contractors nationally Working collaboratively with commercial agents to support leasing and purchase outcomes Assessing the highest and best use of vacant properties Identifying practical opportunities to enhance asset performance This role will suit someone who enjoys being across the detail, takes pride in well-run assets, and is confident managing scale and complexity. About You You are experienced, commercially aware and comfortable operating in a senior capacity. You bring: 5-7 years’ commercial property management experience Exposure to industrial assets Experience managing large, active portfolios Strong financial and reporting capability Confidence working with tenants, agents and internal stakeholders A commercial real estate licence (preferred but not essential) Most importantly, you are ready to step into a broader portfolio role with national exposure and increased responsibility.
