Experienced EN Position Available We are looking for an experienced EN/EEN to join our team providing Aged Care to the Central Coast Community full time or part time. Requirements: Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse Strong assessment and clinical documentation skills Experience in community nursing, aged care, or disability services (preferred) Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Current National Police Check NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) Current First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Key responsibilities: Conducting initial and ongoing client assessments Identifying changes in clients’ health status and escalating as required Developing, reviewing, and updating care plans Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation Liaising with clients, families, GPs, and allied health professionals Providing clinical support and guidance to care staff Ensuring care aligns with organisational policies and relevant quality standards What We Offer Consistent and predictable workdays (minimum 3 days per week) Salary $38 - $43 per hour Supportive and professional team environment Opportunity to focus on assessment-based nursing in the community Ongoing training and professional development Rewarding role making a meaningful difference to clients’ lives If you are an Enrolled Nurse with strong clinical skills who enjoys assessment-focused community work, we would love to hear from you.
