A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a highly respected real estate agency on the Central Coast. With a strong reputation in the local market and a supportive internal structure, this agency is known for creating an environment where Property Managers can genuinely thrive. Due to continued growth, the team is looking to split an existing portfolio currently sitting at approximately 180 properties. The successful candidate will take on circa 100 properties, ensuring a manageable and well-supported portfolio within the team. Importantly, the portfolio is located within close proximity to the office, allowing for efficient days and less time spent travelling. The Role You will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio while delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants. With strong systems and team support in place, you’ll be able to focus on relationship management and portfolio performance rather than being overloaded with administration.
