You will manage scheduling, dispatch, compliance, and day‑to‑day fleet efficiency. This role is ideal for someone who thrives doing a variety of tasks and always prioritising safety. What you will be responsible for: Oversee safe loading, load restraint, and weight/axle compliance. Plan oversized loads, including permits and pilot vehicles. Monitor vehicle utilisation and maintain transport documentation. Support drivers, conduct incident follow‑ups, and communicate delays. Schedule servicing, inspections, repairs, and maintain maintenance records. Promote safety and assist with risk assessments. Requirements Experience in transport, fleet coordination, or logistics. Knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations and load restraint standards. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to manage compliance and safety documentation.
