I’m working with a well-regarded commercial fitout contractor looking for a strong Site Manager to deliver a $1M, 3-level office fitout in Sydney CBD. This is a 10-week programme, highly detailed project with a big focus on finishes — think bespoke joinery, timber panelling and high-spec detailing throughout. It needs someone who takes real pride in quality and presentation. You’ll be running the job day-to-day and will need to be confident managing trades in a live building with other tenants operating. The Role Full site management of a 3-floor commercial office fitout Drive programme to hit a tight 10-week delivery Oversee high-end finishes including detailed joinery and timber panelling Manage subcontractors, sequencing and quality control Liaise directly with the client and building management Maintain a safe, clean and well-run site at all times What They’re Looking For Proven experience delivering commercial office fitouts circa $1M Strong finishes experience – you understand detailing and quality expectations Confident managing the client, adjacent tenants and building management Ability to run a tight programme and keep trades accountable Strong on-site documentation and safety management This suits someone who is organised, proactive and takes ownership.
