We’re looking for a Transport and Logistics Administrator who’s eager to develop their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with different teams, and wants to play a key role in keeping our supply chain running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person coordinating transport across our sites, managing relationships with carriers, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Flexible Working Hours: This role offers 38 hours per week across 4 days with a varied schedule to suit our operational needs: 2 days per week: Early starts at 6:00am 2 days per week: Standard starts at 8:00am Enjoy a 3-day weekend! What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinate transport operations – Work with transport providers to plan loads, book freight, and ensure timely deliveries across all Flavorite sites Manage carrier relationships – Reconcile invoices, track credits, and ensure we’re getting the best value from our transport partners Keep things moving – Organise the pickup and return of hired goods like pallets and crates, and maintain accurate records in our systems Problem-solve on the fly – Identify issues before they become problems and work with the team to find smart solutions Support the team – Step in to help other admin staff when needed and contribute to a collaborative work environment Who You Are Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills – Comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, and data entry Detail-oriented and accurate – You take pride in getting things right and catching errors before they become issues Great communicator – Confident on the phone and working with different teams Adaptable and flexible – Comfortable with varied start times and able to stay calm under pressure Bonus points if you have: Experience with invoice reconciliation or freight coordination Familiarity with logistics systems or warehouse management software Why Flavorite?
