Job Description Clean and prepare guest rooms to the high standards expected at our hotel, including changing bed linens, towels, and bathroom amenities Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitise all room surfaces, bathrooms, and fixtures while maintaining attention to detail Replenish guest supplies (toiletries, coffee/tea, etc.) and ensure rooms are welcoming and fully stocked Report any maintenance issues, lost property, or damage promptly to supervisors Clean public areas as assigned and assist with deep cleaning or special projects when required Respond courteously to guest requests and maintain a professional, positive attitude Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas while prioritising hygiene, safety, and sustainability practices (including our commitment to reducing single-use plastics)
