Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the hotel’s sales strategy, developing marketing initiatives, and driving revenue across all segments including corporate, leisure, group, and food & beverage. Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to maximise hotel revenue and market share Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, group, and leisure segments Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel partners, and local businesses Drive brand awareness and positioning through targeted marketing campaigns and digital strategies Support the successful relaunch and promotion of the hotel’s refurbished spaces and restaurant Manage online presence including website, social media channels, and third-party booking platforms Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting Represent the hotel at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows Work closely with operational departments to ensure seamless delivery of guest experiences and events Collaborate with the regional and brand marketing teams to align campaigns with brand standards
