As part of our leadership team, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the restaurant team in providing seamless, professional, and personalised service. Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve excellence. Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures. Maintain a strong presence on the floor to anticipate and exceed guest needs. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution. Oversee daily operations including staff allocation, reservations, and service flow. Assist with stock control, ordering, and cost management.
