Job Description Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and event spaces, ensuring guests enjoy first-class service and presentation every time. You’ll lead by example, inspire your team, and work closely with the kitchen to maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities As the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you will: Oversee the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant and bar. Promote the resort’s food and beverage offerings with strong knowledge of menus and features. Collaborate with the kitchen during service to ensure high-quality food and presentation. Lead, mentor, and support Food & Beverage Attendants, including training and development. Shift Details (subject to change) Breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts.
