Role Purpose We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Delivery Lead who thrives on managing the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations—while driving tangible business outcomes. Role Responsibilities As a Salesforce Delivery Lead at KPMG, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Salesforce project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and driving measurable business outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading the delivery of complex Salesforce implementations across various industries. Collaborating with client stakeholders to define and align project goals, scope, and success metrics. Managing project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change control processes. Overseeing project teams to ensure high performance, quality deliverables, and customer satisfaction. Tracking progress against project plans and providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet defined specifications. Partnering with Business Architects and SMEs to measure performance against strategic objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal teams. Fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Coordinating with Architects, Delivery Stream Leads, QA Leads, and Change Managers to refine scope and timelines as needed. Managing client invoicing and overseeing the payments process. What You’ll Bring To be successful in this role, you will have: Proven experience leading multiple, complex Salesforce projects. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and delivery methodologies. Salesforce certifications such as Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering value through technology.
