This is a varied role and requires you to be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised. About the role As a Removal Labourer at Grace Workplace Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of removalists to deliver an exceptional customer experience. We have casual and full time positions based in Sydney, NSW and you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of a commercial moving. No two days are the same as projects you will be working on will include moving service for; offices, warehouses, schools, universities, hospitals, laboratories, libraries and much more. What You’ll Be Doing Safely loading and unloading office furniture, IT equipment, and other commercial assets onto and off removal vehicles Dismantling and reassembling workstations following floor plans or client instructions Providing professional and courteous service to business clients throughout the relocation process Working both independently and within a close-knit team Keeping the vehicle and all tools/equipment clean, organised, and ready for use Following company safety procedures and all relevant health and safety regulations on-site What We’re Looking For A valid car licence (minimum requirement) Physically fit and ready for lifting and manual handling Well-presented, courteous, and reliable A genuine customer service focus Able to work unsupervised and stay self-motivated What's in it for you Fully funded forklift and stock picker licence training Career growth opportunities through mentoring and our formal Skills Path development program Above award rates with overtime and superannuation Full training will be provided to ensure you’re fully equipped and confident in your role from day one.
