Job Description 5 days on site (with flex when needed) - 100-110k plus super and bonus Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts to support inventory planning processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in S&OP process. Monitor and analyse sales trends, market data, and inventory levels to anticipate demand changes. Identify and address potential supply chain disruptions to ensure consistent product availability. Work closely with procurement teams to optimise stock levels and minimise excess inventory. Prepare regular reports and present insights on demand and inventory performance. Utilise forecasting tools and systems to improve planning accuracy and efficiency. Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function. The Successful Applicant A successful Demand Planner should have: A strong background in demand planning, supply chain management, or procurement within the retail industry. Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting tools, and inventory management systems. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. The ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate clearly. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing supply chain challenges.
