Following recent growth and evolving fund activity, the firm has created a Senior Investor Relations & Platforms role. This hands-on, strategic position offers the opportunity to lead investor servicing, CRM selection and governance, platform relationships, and fund launch initiatives, while shaping the client experience and supporting the broader leadership team in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role reports directly to the CEO and forms part of the leadership team. Over time, this person will build a small team around them, expanding the function as the business grows. The firm has offices in Sydney and Melbourne, and we would consider candidates in either location, with a preference to build out their presence in Sydney. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end investor experience post-investment, ensuring high-quality servicing, accurate reporting, and trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and platforms. Support new fund launches and platform growth, including model portfolios, managed accounts, and co-investment opportunities. Manage and deepen relationships with major investment platforms, including onboarding, product updates, shelf maintenance, due diligence, and ongoing operational alignment. Lead CRM selection, implementation, and governance, maintaining data integrity, driving adoption, and building scalable IR workflows. Oversee client onboarding, reporting and communications. Coordinate with fund operations, compliance, and investment teams to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution. Monitor and improve platform servicing standards, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Initially manage a small team (Investor Relations / CRM), with the opportunity to expand the function as the role evolves. Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 8 years in funds management and investor relations, ideally with experience in platform management. Proven experience with CRM systems, including implementation and governance. Established relationships with wealth management platforms are highly desirable. Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in business development and exposure to alternative investments is a plus. You will be hands-on and proactive, thriving in a positive, collaborative, high-growth, family-office-style environment. This role requires a client-focused, commercially aware professional who embraces a family-office culture and demonstrates a long-term growth mindset. Why This Role: This is a pivotal, newly created senior leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape investor experience, platform strategy, and operational excellence across multiple funds. You will influence fund launch initiatives, mentor a small team, and directly impact client satisfaction and platform adoption. You will work in a collaborative, client-focused environment with a long-term, values-driven approach to investment and investor experience.
