Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Compliance Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis Project Accounting & Job Costing Accounts Management & Treasury Portfolio Consolidation & Reporting Process & System Improvements What you'll need to succeed Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CA or CPA qualification. 35 years experience in a similar accounting or assistant finance management role. Experience within property, construction, or development industries highly regarded. Strong technical accounting skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across functions.
