Job Description The Project Controls Manager role will be working closely with the client and stakeholders (within the Energy & Natural Resources industry) to provide quality, accurate and timely deliverables. Responsible for developing processes, tools and reports that support the client's needs across project controls disciplines including change, risk, cost & time. Coordinate with client internal stakeholders to develop effective reports that meet the necessary requirements. Contribute to wider portfolio and executive reports if required. Implement ways of working that support efficient, accurate and timely reporting from the projects that respect ultimate ownership of the data. Support the identification and management of risk including quantification where appropriate. Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders. Coaching and mentoring of staff to upskill and develop project controls capability across teams.
