THE JOB: Answer overflow of Sales, Service & Parts calls into the dealership re-direct or take a message. Post sale and Service feedback calls. Strong PC skills Meet and greet ALL walk-in customers with a HAPPY FRIENDLY face. Offer & make Coffee, Tea or Water to waiting customers. Help the Sales team by setting a customer up on test drive of a new or used vehicle. General tidy up of all waiting areas of the showroom including coffee machine. YOU: Happy friendly person Well-groomed and presentable Reliable and committed. Wanting a long-term career Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential.
